General terms and conditions

1. Identity

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and services of GC Detailing. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

3. Offers & prices

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. The final price will be determined after inspection of the vehicle.

4. Appointments & cancellation

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If cancelled within 24 hours, a fee of 25% of the estimated price may be charged.

5. Collection and delivery service

GC Detailing offers a pick-up and drop-off service. Distances are calculated as return (outbound and return) from Zaventem:

• 0-15 km: free
• 15-25 km: € 10 surcharge
• 25+ km: € 0.50 per extra kilometre

6. Liability

GC Detailing treats every vehicle with the utmost care. We are not liable for:

• Existing damage present before treatment
• Damage caused by hidden defects on the vehicle
• Indirect or consequential damages

Any existing damage will be documented before treatment starts.

7. Payment

Payment is made on delivery of the vehicle unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash payment and bank transfer.

8. Complaints

Complaints should be reported within 48 hours of delivery via info@gcdetailing.be.

9. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the district of Brussels.
